Where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean

Imagine the sparkling Mediterranean encircling an ancient fishing villlaage, with narrow stairs and bougainvillea pathways, spilling down from the Pyrenees to our favorite beach and Art Town in the world. Restaurants with seafood galore, shopping streets and galleries, and a 2-minute walk from our house to the beach.

Our home is a 3-story stone fisherman's house on the most colorful street in town. The ground floor is L'Art Vivant Gallery, complete with small kitchen and bath. The 2nd floor is our apartment, available to rent Oct.-May. The 3rd floor is a self-contained rental unit, furnished with a double-bed loft and a single bed below. Ideal for a couple, as it is basically one large room with minimal walls, available year-round.

All three levels are heated, making winter-time vacations possible.

Our rental rates:

High Season	June - Sept.	$800/week
Mid Season	April, May, Oct.	$700/week
Low Season	Nov. through March	$1000/2 weeks, $1600/month

The whole house (all three floors) could be used by a group for painting or hiking vacations, etc. Sleeps 5-6 comfortably.
