If you would like Carole to paint something special for you please fill out the following contract and submit it. Carole will contact you by phone for a person to person conversation about your needs.

Commission Contract

I would like to commission an original painting by Carole Rae Watanabe. We understand that 50% payment of $ (add sum in box below) is due to begin the painting and the balance of 50% will be due upon completion. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise noted.

Please attach any color swatches or other pertinent information to insure a good outcome for all concerned.

Finish Date

If for any reason the painting is not acceptable to the client, Carole Rae Watanabe will try to make the necessary changes. If the painting is still not acceptable, Carole Rae Watanabe will retain the deposit and the painting. (Please note that this has never happened)
